Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 48 hours of document submission.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Baji Solot supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If suspicious activity is detected on any transaction, Baji Solot reserves the right to place it on hold pending investigation.

5Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

• Cashback: VIP members' cashback carries no wagering requirements.
• Two active bonuses cannot be held at the same time.
• Any misuse of bonuses or fraudulent activity will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Baji Solot at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse — such as placing minimum bets solely to withdraw bonus funds.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability in the platform.

8Account Closure

An account may be closed for two reasons:

• At the member's own request: You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Baji Solot's decision: In cases of terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activities, an account may be closed without prior notice.

Our Responsible Gaming policy also includes a self-exclusion option, which allows you to temporarily close your account for a set period of time.

9Responsible Gaming
